Gorgeous Christmas Bouquets

October 19, 2015 - No Comments - 3 min read
With just 66 days until Christmas (yep, you read that right!) it’s needless to say the planning prep has officially begun. Lists are being made, presents are being bought and bank accounts are slowly emptying. I currently have a list about as long as my arm, full of names and ideas of what I might get everyone. My family actually live around 500 miles away and we rarely ever get the chance to meet up. Christmas is no exception – our workload increases dramatically around Christmas, so opportunities to visit are non-existent. This means I always have to pick my gifts wisely so that they can actually be shipped and at a cost that doesn’t break the bank too.
One idea I’ll be using this Christmas (which I personally think is particularly great for those whom you won’t get to see over the festive period) is to send a beautiful bouquet of Christmas flowers. Typically we send flowers for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, but Christmas is potentially the biggest yearly celebration of them all – so why not send flowers at Christmas?

And quite simply, how stunning are these?! These are from Prestige Flowers platinum range of Christmas bouquets; they are simply b-e-a-u-tiful! Who wouldn’t want to receive these? They arrived fresh, secured in a box, beautifully wrapped and ready to be put on show. I’ve used Prestige Flowers before, but I’ve never actually received any flowers myself, so I was super excited to see what their flowers are really like!

And yep, they did not disappoint! They came complete with a vase, small box of chocolates, flower care-guide and of course, a little note from your loved one. The whole set felt very luxurious! I really liked the fact that they came with a vase – It just made putting them on show really simple and easy. Plus, the vase was a perfect fit for the size bouquet, so no need to swap and play around with different vases. Did I mention, even the wrapping paper is beautiful too?!

Chocs

Simply stunning. The reds, sparkly silvers and festive thistles definitely make this bouquet feel festive. I can just imagine these placed in the middle of a dining table (what a wonderful centre piece that would be!) surrounded by candle lights, stockings and the smell of christmas turkey.. Mmmm! Am I getting a bit too excited for Christmas already?!
These are probably the most gorgeous flowers I’ve ever received, (sorry Grant!) I love the strong red colours and the contrasting purples. These would be a great addition to the festive home, as well as a lovely way to let someone know you’re thinking of them, even if you can’t be with them.

Will you be sending flowers to anyone over the festive season?
*I was sent these flowers to review for the purpose of this post, however all opinions are my own and I only recommend products or brands I would genuinely use myself.
